  Use this form to register your child or youth for Totus Tuus 2025. This is both for St. Dominic and St. Michael's parishioners.
  
  The deadline to register is Saturday, May 31, 2025.
  
  LIMITED TO 90 STUDENTS IN THE DAY PROGRAM. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE!
  
  There is a Day Program and an Evening Program. Totus Tuus will be hosted at St. Dominic Catholic Church in St. Isidore Hall. 803 W. Bike St., Bremen, IN 46506 - 574-546-3601
  
  Day Program for those entering Grade 1 - 6: June 9 - 13th, 9:00 am - 2:40 pm
  Evening Program for those entering Grade 7 - newly graduated seniors: June 8 - 12th, 6:45 - 8:30 pm
  
  The cost for Totus Tuus is as followes: Grade 1 - 6: $25 per child / $50 per family of any size (includes lunch)
  Grade 7 - 12: $10 per child
  
  Students are also asked to provide a snack to share throughout the week. Please bring this on the first day of the program.
